Really Cheap Geeks (RCG) Warranty Agreement Coverage Period:

This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty Details:
  First Six Months: During the initial six (6) months of the warranty period, Really Cheap Geeks (RCG) will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the refurbished electronic device if any manufacturing defects or malfunctions occur.
  Second Six Months: In the following six (6) months, from month seven (7) to month twelve (12) of the warranty period, RCG will charge the customer only for the price of the part required to perform the repair. Labor for the installation of the part will be provided at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from: Accidents, misuse, or abuse of the product. Unauthorized modifications or repairs by the customer. Acts of nature, such as floods, fires, or earthquakes. Normal wear and tear.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact RCG and provide proof of purchase. RCG reserves the right to request additional information or evidence to assess the validity of the claim.

Resolution Time: RCG will make reasonable efforts to resolve warranty claims promptly, aiming to provide timely repairs or replacements within a reasonable period.

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser & the original product.

Additional Terms: RCG reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this warranty at its discretion, with any changes being communicated to customers in a timely manner. By purchasing a product from Really Cheap Geeks, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty agreement.
